Technical Sales Engineer

Collaborated with RCF for detailed study of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and UREA manufacturing tower.
Practiced as assistant process engineer with processing team of RCF, particularly focusing on manufacturing of Urea, along with
detailed study of the Urea plant.My study included tracing of all major and minor pipelines, heat and mass balance calculations for
optimum process conditions.
• Assisted in evaluations of test trials conducted for the upgradation of the plant.
• Prepared weekly reports dealing with the quantity and quality check of the final product.
• Majority of my contributions were with plant design and modification team, which was employed to increase capacity of Urea from 0.33 MMPTA to 0.35 MMPTA.
