As a Senior Engineering Manager at Commonwealth Bank, I led and administered 
engineering teams for three large business units. This included managing 160+ 
Pega Engineers and collaborating with tribes and other key stakeholders to shape 
ideas and priorities. I took the lead in building best engineering practices that could 
be incorporated across the board and ensured the safe, sound, and secure delivery 
and operation of the Pega application to their respective business units.
Key responsibilities:

Transport for NSW

As a contractor Pega Solution Consultant at Transport for NSW, I led the Pega design 
and development for the Transport Concession Card application, which was the first 
Transport NSW-led Pega application in the Pega cloud environment. In this role, I 
worked closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of the 
application.
Key responsibilities:
• Led the definition of scope for case management use cases during the 
inception phase.
• Prepared the Pega Solutions Architecture document, project sizing and 
scoping.
• Managed the team to deliver capabilities until production.
• Developed key functionality for the Transport Concession Card application.
• Provided solutions for other Pega streams of work

Technology Consultant

Infosys

As a Technology Architect in the Pega space, I worked closely with the Infosys 
Pega COE to deliver successful proposals for clients globally. As a Lead System 
Architect for the RMS Pega project, I was responsible for overseeing the design 
and development of critical pieces of work, including the integration of ESRI maps. 
Additionally, I worked as a Pre-sales technical consultant for Pega professional 
services, where I successfully proved Pega BPM/Case management capabilities to 
prospective customers.
Key responsibilities:
• Providing high-level and detailed designs for Pega applications and critical 
pieces of work, including the ESRI map integrations.
• Providing estimates for user stories, development, and defect fixing, ensuring 
timely and accurate delivery of Pega solutions to clients.
• Working closely with sales teams to support the presales process, effectively 
showcasing the power and capabilities of Pega BPM/Case management to 
potential customers.

I hold several Pega certifications, including CLSA, CSSA, and CSA, and have successfully designed and implemented complex architectures, built and managed high-performing engineering teams, and created and implemented effective governance structures and practices.
