With over 19 years of experience in Employer Branding and Marketing Communications, I help brands show their human side through employer branding and storytelling. My mission is to elevate the brand experience by creating compelling messages and strategies that resonate with the target audience and align with the organizational goals. Currently, I lead the Employer Branding and Communications efforts for Delta Air Lines' Technology Hub in India, where I work on recruitment marketing campaigns, social media, community engagement, and corporate communication. I have also worked with global brands like Zensar, Societe Generale, Deloitte, NatWest Group and Fidelity, where contributed significantly toward employer branding, external communications, PR, event management, and recruitment marketing initiatives. To keep myself updated and relevant, I pursue learning opportunities regularly and have completed long term programs from reputable institutes such as Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and Great Lakes Institute of Management.
