I am a Business Leader with Empathy as a core value. With a total work experience of ~12 years, I have launched 3 early-stage ventures, each from a completely different domain but each embedded with Empathy for each of the stakeholders. I am a quick and a deep learner with a bias towards action. During my professional journey, I have led large teams managing different business functions to achieve positive business outcomes. A brief description of the ventures I launched: The Park Presidency Hotel : The Park Presidency Hotel is a 36-room property, with a restaurant and a an open-air terrace garden, located in Bareilly, UP, India. Here I was responsible for leading the following: Operations Management; Stakeholder Management; User Experience; B2B/B2C Business Development; Strategic Planning; B2C sales; Data Analysis; Price optimization; Compliance etc. Laadli Foundation: Laadli Foundation is a non-profit organization working on the UN sustainable development goals SDG #3: Health and Well-being, SDG #4: Quality Education, and SDG #5: Gender Equality. With Laadli, we are trying to solve grave issues that are still being faced by our community. Here, I am responsible for the following activities: Running a not-for-profit school which provides quality education to almost 200 impoverished kids at a highly subsidized fee; Providing females in prisons and orphanages opportunity to study. Organizing social campaigns on Domestic violence, Dowry, Child sexual abuse, Female and Juvenile Healthcare etc. FullSleeves Technologies Ltd.: It was a tech-startup providing GPS-based vehicle-tracking solutions in Delhi-NCR. Here, I managed teams responsible for: Operations management; Fundraising; CRM; Strategic planning; Sales and Marketing; Market research; Product design using Lean-startup methodology; Price optimization
