1. CFO Services - Setting accounting flows, reviewing the bookkeeping work, reviewing the monthly financials and providing MIS reports to the client on need-basis. Quick turnaround required at all times.

2. Franchise accounting - Reviewed monthly bookkeeping and financial statements of a chain of franchise stores held under common ownership. Also reviewed weekly MIS reports to the client.
3. Sales & Use tax - Filed returns for the states of NY, TX and FL.
4. Tax returns - Limited exposure of preparing Forms 1040, 1120-S.

1. BD Clients - BD or Broker Dealer clients' bookkeeping and monthly financials were to be prepared and sent to affiliated CPA firm for their review & such reports were then filed with FINRA.
2. Full-charge bookkeeping - Included recording Vendor bills, Customer Invoices, recording Bank & Credit Card transactions, Reconciling various statements, MIS Reporting, preparing & sending monthly financials. Also had the exposure of Multi-currency accounting.
