As a Senior Data and Applied Scientist at Microsoft, I collaborate with the Yammer team to make data-driven decisions that enhance the value of our social network for companies. I have been in this role for more than three years, applying my MBA in Business Analytics and my Programming for Data Science Nanodegree from Udacity to various domains and industries. My core competencies include multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, experimental design, consumer insights, segmentation, targeting, business operations, and strategy. I work closely with product managers and engineers to launch features that improve user retention, engagement, and satisfaction. I also conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, feature impact, and long-term product roadmap.
