As a current MBA student and a former HR Intern at ROKADAA , I have developed a strong interest and expertise in the field of human resource management. I have gained valuable skills in hiring, recruiting, team management, and communication, as well as completing various virtual experience programs and certifications in related domains. At ROKADAA, I was responsible for updating and promoting job ads on social media platforms, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining records and spreadsheets. I also helped to train and develop productive interns and to recruit candidates for multiple companies using different sourcing strategies. I have a track record of delivering results and achieving goals, as well as working independently and collaboratively. I am fluent in English and Hindi and eager to learn new skills and grow professionally.
