Conferences, help spread the word through thought leadership, in conjunction WITH the company. Internal conversations on what the team is seeing (threat intelligence etc.), leveraging their experience and then ALL of us taking that to the world/marker and making it digestible and accessible. 

Internal checks/balances, what tech to look at, why to look at it, what's the focus, how well does it integrate, blend, what other points to work on, how to market it, sell it, use it, brand etc.

vCISO and advisor. Help/walk/talk/aid/guide/etc. From running training sessions on how TO present to the board, what TO talk with them about to NIST CSF in 30 mins sessions etc. Being able to bring that knowledge of what works/does not work when communication with the board. 

Bringing knowledge, tools, tech, and processes and policies along to help client with GRC focused efforts.

Future... where IS the future of an MSSP, what tactical and strategic moves, things, focuses etc are needed to ensure that Nuspire maintains an edge, what/where to focus.

Listening to, working with, and helping clients work through what they want, where they are, talking with them about roadmaps, presenting to leadership, helping them with frameworks, and generally being there to help.

Digital and physical side of security for both the corporation and aviation aspects of Boom. In addition, I’m developing a series of Artificial Intelligence platforms combining Narrow, General, and Predictive reasoning to support numerous aspects of our aviation goals (and the transportation field as a whole) Started in Rust, and now moving it over to Python and others to expand/build in human and technical facets.

Worked with the team at CyberSixGill to help both hone the message of WHY threat intelligence should be a need not a want, as well as building up a podcast series that should (if we get it right!) engage everyone from my Mum to the CEO in understanding what we're doing, why we're doing it, AND how to actually do it right.. Oh, and we're hopefully going to have guests, give-aways, and a whole set of Dungeons & Dragons type table top exercises. ALL this to help folks with understanding how information it turned into intelligence, which is then made relevant, and useful.
