Responsibilities: 

 - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges, ensuring ongoing success with Duco's platform.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or features to maximize value for existing clients.

- Drive revenue growth by leveraging deep insights into client workflows and pain points to tailor solutions.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, advocating for their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to maintain strong relationships and address any issues proactively.

- Provide sales reporting and forecasting based on client engagement and feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Worked closely with the Business Development team to target ideal accounts and define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

- Identified opportunities for new business, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Drove revenue growth by effectively selling our licensed product and maximizing value for clients.

- Managed both new and existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

- Conducted sales reporting and forecasting.

- Facilitated contracting and legal meetings to ensure smooth and efficient deal closures.

Achievements:

- Helped the team grow from 500K to 2M Total ARR in 2 years. 

- Contributed to the successful sale of the company to Duco.
