●	Recognized with the Panda Gem Award in Q3 for my impactful contribution towards customer targeting and segmentation, leading to improved subsidy allocation.
●	Achieved record-breaking orders for Home Chef vertical on March 23rd through successful execution of a campaign I managed, resulting in a 25% increase in orders.

●	Creating reports & dashboards on Salesforce to track relevant deal KPI’s, BPO management and maintaining deals / discounts TAT.

How I landed my current job as a data analyst.

1. Saw an opening through the jobs section on LinkedIn.
2. Applied through their website and filled in the basic information.
3. Received a call after 2 days.
4. Scheduled the interview for next week.
5. Gave the first interview. It was supposed to be 30 minutes.
6. And it went for 1:15 minutes. It was a technical + behavioral interview with the hiring manager.
7. Got a call after 2 days for the second interview.
8. Scheduled it for next week and BOOM.

It wasn't an interview but an offer from the company.


So, the lesson is: Sometimes, all it takes is 1 interview.

I have not sharing this to boast about how I lucky I am but to tell you that:

- Your dream job is just around the corner. 
- Stay consistent. Keep working. Stay patient.
- It would all pay off in the long run.

The job market is brutal right now.

It can be disheartening to navigate through this tough job market, feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about your prospects.

However, there is a way forward. I hope you can:

- Identify your dream job.
- Apply for the dream job.
- Get the interview call.
- Ace all the interviews.
- And land that job.

Job searching can be exhausting, but I have faith that you'll succeed.

Many people focus solely on learning technical skills like SQL, Excel, and Python but overlook the importance of having a job searching strategy to secure a data job.

(Yes, you need to have a strategy)

Without a clear job searching strategy, even if you possess strong technical skills, you'll struggle to stand out to hiring managers and secure the job you want.

Here are 4 things you need to focus on:

1. ATS Resume → Craft a clean and easy-to-understand resume that highlights your achievements effectively.

2. Apply Strategically → Avoid blindly applying to every job; instead, focus on roles where your skills align with the job description, even if it's just a 70% match.

3. Networking → Utilise LinkedIn to network with hiring managers and professionals within your target organisations.. Also show expertise with your network

4. Interview Preparation → Once you secure an interview, thoroughly prepare for both technical and behavioural interviews by leveraging resources like YouTube tutorials and AI software such as ChatGPT.


Remember, landing your dream job is a marathon, not a sprint. Stay patient, consistently apply these strategies, and success will follow.
