At Infoblox, I'm contributing to a growing team of passionate researchers and designers in improving our cloud networking and security products. As a Manager of Research at Capital One, I defined the research agenda and conducted research for a large group of designers. I also designed a continuous research program for a group of product managers, working with them to conduct and act upon customer research. I have extensive experience in a wide range of user research methods, spanning numerous domains and industries. My mission is to understand problems and users deeply, and to envision better futures for them. I plan, facilitate, synthesize, and analyze research with customers and non-customers, using remote and in-person tools and techniques. An expert facilitator, I enjoy working collaboratively with Product, Design, Market Research, and Development. I am a certified Design Thinking instructor and Problem Space Researcher, and I mentor less experienced researchers and designers.
