Developing relationships with Universities and Learning providers in 5 countries: Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Moldova and North Macedonia
 Recruiting new students for ACCA qualification: 
 • increasing the number of students who are actively sitting ACCA exams and creating/implementing a personalized nurturing plan  for each segment (email campaigns, webex sessions, calling campaigns, learning support to increase exam success rate)
 • Building and strengthening our partner network of Universities: identifying the Universities in the region with most potential for collaboration and  supporting them with the ACCA accreditation process
 • Building awareness and recognition of ACCA amongst university students
 • Organizing events in partnership with student associations, ACCA members and partner companies

Responsibilities and achievements:

•	Project management and team leading: After working for 3 months in the London office, I implemented the QS Events project and processes in a newly opened office in Bucharest. 
I recruited, trained and currently managing a team of 7 MBA and Masters advisors, making sure we reach our daily targets in terms of quantity and quality and provide the best counselling and customer service for schools and candidates. 

In charge with team and product growth, product development, operations and learning and development activities. 

•     Client relationship manager for more than 70 business schools from Europe, US, Latin America and Asia: advising and assisting clients with our students ‘selection process, training them on how to use QS products and internal platform, helping them with the recruitment process both before and during the event.

•       Candidates selection: reviewing CVs and profiles of candidates who have registered for the events and assessing their suitability for a range of international business schools and programs; 

•      Candidates counselling: Following up with candidates and offering them personalized consultations to match them with schools, via email and phone, ensuring a high conversion rate for the face to face meetings and the open fairs. 
Post event consultations offered as well to help them start their application. 
Created several guides for students, from how to build their CV to how to apply for a scholarship. 
We work with candidates from all walks of life, from fresh graduates to  senior managers and CEOs, making sure we fit their educational needs and professional goals. 

•     Event management:  I traveled to more than 20 countries in Europe, Latin America, Asia and US with QS events- in charge with event set up, crowd management, candidate orientation on the day, client management. 
Able to speak in front of big crowds of people, running school presentations and moderating panel discussions.
