 I founded Leadwell & Succeed because I believe leadership shouldn’t come at the cost of your wellbeing.

When I first stepped into leadership, I tried to hold it all together. Show up for everyone. Deliver. Perform. But what I didn’t expect was how lonely it could feel at the top.

After moving from Brazil to Australia, I had the privilege of discovering who I am, personally and professionally. One of my greatest strengths has always been my love of learning. And when I formally trained in coaching and came across the Ikigai concept, something clicked:

My purpose is to help aspiring and emerging leaders succeed without burning out.

That’s what drives me. That’s why Leadwell & Succeed exists.
 We don’t just develop leaders, we support the whole human. 

And I know that sustainable growth only happens when we create the right environment for it.
