I am passionate about Clean and Efficient Decommissioning Projects mainly because by nature it involves end to end project delivery in a VUCA state. To accomplish this, I focus on delivering key outcomes, building amazing winning relationships and quickly adapt to new learnings. 

I have enjoyed a spiral work experience building knowledge throughout my career in asset integrity management, technical & engineering lead roles in lifting operations, decommissioning removals, 3rd party inspection and verification. 

My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:
