Here are a few of my career highlights: ► Executing the largest-ever one-time student receivable portfolio sale in the Proprietary Education Sector along with a revenue share agreement of future cash receipts collected. ► Executing a 2.5X increase in size of a bespoke collateral-based private credit facility with the Captive Finance Lender of a publicly traded telecom customer. This generated a 3X increase in orders, achieving 70% of the market share. ► Leading all aspects of domestic/global treasury-related activities as a $1B portfolio company transitioned from publicly traded to privately held. ► Selling a distressed private student loan portfolio to a direct relationship for 2X higher than the average bid from all other prospective buyers sourced from other relationships.
