Singapore Variable Capital Companies (VCC) - VCCs are a new form of investment fund in Singapore that serves as a legal entity structure for all types of investment funds. Funds can either be formed as standalone funds or umbrella funds with multiple sub-funds holding different assets. I am a qualified independent fund director.
