TrulyGlobal (VocalTec)

• Redefined strategy for hosted VoIP service transitioning from consumer portal to service co-branded with partners.
• Leveraged parent company sales force to sell directly into carriers and service providers in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Moved subsidiary to break-even within 8 months.
