- Delivering outstanding customer service to customer with transactional banking needs such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, international telegraphic transfers
- Offering basic banking account maintenance to customers such as opening everyday & saving accounts
- Performing end-of-day closing of branch which consists of counting and signing off all cash is put away and sent off correctly 
- Pre-qualifying customers to refer onto internal business partners such as Home Finance Managers, Business Banking Managers & Financial Planners
