Awarded a scholarship to the USA in 1995 and studied and the University of Florida. Broke in to the learning and development field after a successful sporting and fitness background (participating and coaching). Trained in behaviour change psychology, positive psychology, cognitive behaviour coaching and motivational interviewing using a blend of all these to assist individuals teams and organisations improve performance. Started Expressions after a spell with Business Link interfacing with a range of organisations of all shapes and sizes. We are grateful to work with organisations of all sizes from scale ups to well known global brands in sectors that include Construction, Health, Hospitality, Professional Services, Government Agency, Retail, Recruitment, Medical, Education, Sports and Fitness, Energy, Technology to name a few. Goals : Myself and my team get a real kick out of helping people help themselves. This can be on a one to one basis, through small group workshops, or a larger conference style events. I have been frustrated with a great deal of development offered throughout my careers and so I decided to do something about it. We offer pragmatic learning and development which helps people improve their performance (professional and personal).
