Provide demos and trainings on the platform’s functionalities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help shape processes, systems, and people that allow the project to achieve its goals
Sales support activities and productivity reporting and analysis (i.e. webinars, internal workshops, internal comms)
Create the application user guides and training materials
Provide advice on possible improvements in the product backlog
Translate conceptual business requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to the business users, developers, and the project team
Identifying new functionalities to increase the platform scope
Perform smoke tests
Provide recommendations on the customer journey maps
