It ended up being the core focus of my formal studies. Then I discovered that people and the ecosystem they create was even more fascinating to understand. And there was one particular scenario which consistently drew my attention : understanding the ecosystem that generates consistent success and especially High Perfomance. This is what I have dedicated my last 14 years to understanding. My research lies in studying and identifying the Personality impacts individual and collective performance and how different personalities function collectively within a regulated system. Each personality brings their own set patterns of patterns to the table. Together they create a complex ecosystem, that needs to stay in equilibrium as much as possible to allow for optimal performance. The challenge is that the more pressure you place on a system the harder it is to keep stable. I have worked with professional sports teams, global startups, corporate executive teams, ambitious leaders, change agents, and everyday people who want to be better at what they do. 👉 I identify the unique patterns that the personalities create to reveal the strengths, weaknesses and limitations to ensure that the most effective strategy can be determined.
