o	Resident engagement contract for Ebury Bridge regeneration scheme in Westminster

o	Canning Town PFI in Newham – tenancy management, income collection, repairs, capital works, 
        ASB enforcement, cleaning and grounds maintenance for 1200 mixed tenure properties

o	CTR Triangle TMO in Canning Town – tenancy and facilities management, ASB enforcement and 
        income collection

o	Brockley PFI in Lewisham - tenancy management, income collection, repairs, capital works, ASB 
        enforcement, cleaning and grounds maintenance for 1800 mixed tenure properties

o	Myatts Field North PFI in Lambeth - tenancy management, income collection, repairs, capital 
        works, ASB enforcement, cleaning and grounds maintenance for 800 mixed tenure properties

o	Belgrave and Cossington Co-op, Leicester – housing and asset management, community
        engagement and repairs and maintenance services for 400 properties

o	Concierge services for 1000 mixed tenure properties in Westminster and Lambeth

o	Overall budget responsibility of >£6m

Additional responsibilities:
•	Development of training programmes for over 100 housing management staff
•	Community development and resident engagement, in particular working with under-represented groups
•	Key stakeholder management
•	Bid writing
•	Conference planning and presentation
