Key Contributions: 
	Initiated a major change in performance culture, reporting, KPIs and sales tools while keeping a laser-like focus on the customer service and monthly sales goals. 
	Led the scope and ongoing development of a new enterprise resource planning package (ERP software), auxiliary systems, new policies and procedures, branding and staff training. 
	Work closely with the Managing Director to analyze organisational capabilities.
	Drive organisational design, and structure improvements to support delivery of the current and future business strategy.
	Develop data capture systems and processes. Aggregate data into usable formats such as dashboards and visual representations using Google Sheets and Microsoft Power BI. 
	Defining how information systems should be built, ensuring that the information system functions as intended. 
	Entrusted with the development of a database application process within Google Sheets. This database allowed us to continue trading when the launch of our ERP was delayed. 
	Plan, staff, train, coach, and mentor direct and indirect reports. Performed training needs assessment and initial audit to diagnose critical areas of performance improvement and developed training strategies to overcome the performance gap for all team members.

Sales Operations Manager

Core Focus: Developed and established effective business relationships with customers, manufacturers, fleet companies and vendors through effective networking and exceptional interpersonal skills. Oversaw sales forecasting, hiring and talent retention, budgeting, and business analysis.  Led and managed a team of 3 direct reports. 
Key Contributions:              
	Aggressively drove motor vehicle sales and ensured optimum customer satisfaction throughout the process. 
	Devised and executed strategies to drive performance both in terms of revenue generation and cost cutting. 
	Streamlined processes to ensure the very best customer experience was maintained. 
	Partnered with cross-functional departments to develop and coordinate best practice for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
	Responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, and training of new hires. Furnished training opportunities and knowledge exchanges as well as team building activities.
	Maintained industry benchmarks for customer sales index (surveys). 
	Acted as a liaison between Executive Management and employees.

Holden Brand Manager

Core Focus: Challenged the status quo and championed new initiatives within the organisation acting as a catalyst of change in such a way that the organisation continuously improved performance. Responsible for overseeing employee relations, disciplinary actions, payroll and managing HR records. Held direct responsibility for 14 employees.
Key Contributions:              
	Expertly devised step-by-step training plans for all teams as per the industry best practice to ensure enhanced productivity and performance.
	Conducted on-going research to remain up to date on automotive trends, competition, and new development in the market.
	End of month reporting of profit and loss, balance sheet and general ledger reports for the Dealer Principal.
	Handled stock control and monthly inventory audits with our wholesale financier.
	Launched a standalone Ironman 4x4 store including project management, inventory management and initial marketing of the store along with its ongoing management. Co-developed a barcode database and parts master file which is now used by Ironman Australia.
	Oversaw the change of our Dealer Management System to another provider. This involved significant database cleanup, change management and staff training. 
	Managed dealership’s online and social media presence. Responded to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
	Developed fixed operations procedures for improved profitability and customer satisfaction including implementing just-in-time ordering system for parts, demand-based stock ordering, work in progress reporting and technician productivity and efficiency reporting. 
	Established, maintained and executed operational procedures that leveraged efficiencies and best practice. This included workflow efficiencies, profitability, customer care, cost and inventory control, maintaining employee Key Performance Indicators and business strategies.

Cowra Business Chamber

Core Focus: Fostered relationships with business, tourism, and economic development stakeholders. Strategised promotion of local businesses and the region. Acted as the primary spokesperson for the organization advocating to Government and Corporations  
Key Contributions:              
	Created and maintained a dynamic and a forward-thinking public image for the organisation, including strategies for marketing, communications, media relations, community relations and public speaking. For example, development of a new Chamber website, revamped Business Awards, and a Buy Local campaign – The Cowra Cash Card.
	Event director for the Cowra Christmas Festival, an initiative used to boost the local economy and generate a sense of community with residents.
	Secured funding to employ a Secretary for the Cowra Business Chamber.
	Provided strategic vision with extensive skills to drive change management, mission fulfillment, and operational outcomes.
	Developed a strong understanding of the political landscape for change and collaboration with civic leadership and partner organisations.
	Increased the overall performance of the Chamber’s membership activities including membership acquisition, management, and retention.
	Implemented training for local businesses including Social Media Marketing and Customer Relationship Management 
	Oversaw budgeting, financial management and appropriation of funds

Core Focus: Advanced through increasingly responsible positions, culminating in a key leadership role to provide vision and leadership to the day-to-day operation of the dealership. Led, managed, and mentored a team of 15 direct reports across sales, service, parts, finance, operations and administration departments.
Key Contributions:              
	Designed, supported and implemented new or revised organisational designs as needed to deliver business results, drive role clarity, capability building and high-performance culture.
	Developed a new sales and inventory management approach in line with the company’s goals and oversaw all aspects of its implementation to boost sales. Managed the departmental budget and monitored sales activities/performance to ensure actual sales met or exceeded established revenue plan.
	Strategically negotiated with customers to close on deals and increase sales; personally worked deals, interest rates, leases and calculated financial requirements. 
	Responsible for ordering all new vehicle inventory, making sure that the proper mix of options were ordered within the guidelines of factory constraints and maximizing available cash flow. 
	Responsible for developing annual operational plans including budgets & forecasting, profit & loss reporting and cashflow analysis
	Provided mentoring and training for staff to ensure highest customer satisfaction. 
	Drove a culture of continuous improvement to improve quality, efficiencies and standards across the business operations.
