- Created over 31 pieces of content across newsletters, social media, and  webpages to guide developers on their career and job search. 
- Created wireframes and managed cross-functional webpage projects from end-to-end.
- Worked with VS Code and Sanity, designing and adding copy to new webpages.
- Edited other content creators' work.
- Collaborated with various stakeholders (customer success managers, talent advisors, account managers, product marketers, software engineers and more - external and internal) to gather insights and ensure content addresses relevant pain points.
- Conceptualised designs for the blog and webpages to ensure a consistent narrative across visual and verbal storytelling.
- Managed 4 social media platforms from community management to content creation.

Content Marketing Writer

- Developed resources through new marketplace research to enable stakeholders (account managers, talent advisors and sales representatives) to support customers. 
- Conducted internal workshops to enable team members to utilise resources for external use. 
- Trained new team members and developed onboarding content.
- Conducted customer research in order to identify employment-related market fundamentals in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Ireland and England. 
- Formed part of the remote team that launched the marketplace in the Netherlands where I supported software developers in their job search.
- Worked with around 500 software developer candidates every 60 days in South Africa, the Netherlands and Germany.
- Supported candidates from initial sign-up to placement on the OfferZen platform.
- Presented community workshops at multiple events, in South Africa and Europe (remotely) around the tech marketplace post COVID-19.
