Driving Trust and Engagement: Creating a positive and motivating working environment Some of my achievements: -Led a major organizational and cultural change in Mastercard across several geographies (Australia, India, UK, Ireland and USA), 30/40 development teams, 400 people and with a strong alignment and collaboration with all stakeholders, before and during the pandemic. -Graduated a Mastercard Labs Innovation solution into a core Mastercard product taking ownership of the strategy and completely pivoting from a revenue loss making to a globally successful one. -Led the evolution from a basic reseller into a major Acquirer in Poste Italiane, enabling card payments for utilities and taxes in the biggest retail bank in the Country. Shaped and created a new and strong SMEs strategy. -Ideated and launched the most successful card program in PayPal driving the first attempts of collaboration with Mastercard. -Led and implemented the migration strategy from a Credit Card reseller to an Issuer in Banca Popolare di Milano with a conversion rate in the 90% range and profitability improvement in the range of €6-€20 per card What I enjoy and what makes me proud: - Lead and execute on complex challenges - Drive change from Fixed to Growth Mindsets - Lead teams to unlock their potential and become empowered leaders in their area - Promote innovation and facilitate bottom-up strategic inputs and continuous improvement - Drive the shaping of Corporate Strategy and then execute on it - Understand the needs of internal and external customers or stakeholders, being able to shape/deliver communication and value that is relevant and clear to them, unlocking potential business opportunities or solving issues: deliver the right message to the audience and create an emphatical connection.
