Working alongside an experienced team I helped create a new digital landscape for Thunks client, Fine+Rare. I led the delivery of a new offer to support the supply chain where the main objective was to increase liquidity in the market. I evangelised design, facilitated teams, conducted discovery, developed visions, created concepts and iterated in to detailed design.

A return to JML to build on my earlier concept work, with more detailed exploration and design in the world of policing. My work included detailed discovery & task analysis across armoury management, training and competency. I built on my earlier strategic work with more detailed design.

London North Eastern Railway

My work varied from the development & validation of strategic concept visions such as the future of ticketing, to detailed design evolution, prototype & proof of concept testing & iteration. This included leading the design of new in-station customer information screens for stations including Kings Cross, consulting on rail line monitoring and management tooling and other disruptive visions & projects.

Deutsche Bank

Whilst with Deutsche Bank, I conducted user interviews, observation sessions and ideation workshops, then designed, tested & iterated trade surveillance tools to detect & prevent market abuse.

A highlight was working with JML Software to find a way forward for their governance and competence system. Over an intense a month I conducted discovery interviews, observations, play-backs & design workshops. The rest of my time was spent on a solo motorcycling trip through Europe.
