•	Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, from talent teams to SVP level executives to ensure adequate skillsets are targeted.
•	Manage full job process including requirement gathering, briefing talent teams, advertising, application management and 1st stage decision making.

Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, EMEA/USA

•	Recruit Senior Life Science consultants for Validant projects globally, with focus on EMEA projects. 
•	Provide hiring managers with world class candidates for respective requirements.
•	Advertise requirement on relevant job platforms and social media sites.
•	Work with outsourced 1st line sourcing team, providing feedback and guidance.
•	Manage candidate relationships and open requirements using Bullhorn CRM, Greenhouse, Pipedrive.

Talent Acquisition Consultant

•	Recruit IT and Inside Sales professionals on behalf of clients ranging from SMEs to multinationals.
•	Placing professionals on a permanent and contract basis at all levels from graduate to director level.
•	Manage the IT Desk for Brightwater in the Munster and due to skillset manage all Inside Sales roles.
•	B2B Business Development via phone and face to face.

•	Manage a team of 8-12 Business Development Specialists.
•	Solely responsible for UK and French seller onboarding onto the Amazon platform.
•	Quarterly and yearly sales targets to meet – Launch, Sales Deals and revenue targets.
•	Recruiting and integrating Sellers to the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) programme.
•	Recruit businesses to sell on the Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.fr websites.
