Head of Business Solutions

Design, development and delivery of a new operating model and organisational structure within the business to business market across 465 UK stores, a UK based call centre, ecommerce platform as well as a UK based solutions team

Delivered the strategic development of PC World Business across all UK Dixons Retail stores.  Developed and introduced a strong people plan ensuring our front line network of Business Advisors were capable and equipped to delight our customers whilst developing the understanding of B2B within our Store Manager, Customer Advisor & Head office populations

Improved customer experience across our network of stores by improving our in store design, systems development and process improvement

Lead projects with key stakeholders across Dixons Carphone covering all functions within the Retail Support Centre in Hemel Hempstead/ Acton and I was responsible for the integration and development of efficiencies and process improvements within our Customer Contact Centre in Sheffield, Shared Service Centre in Brno (Czech Republic) and IS function in Bury. I was also responsible for aligning our in-store, ecommerce platform and call centre propositions to allow us to become a truly omni-channel brand

Channel Development Manager  (PC World Business)

Management roles across four North East PC World & Currys stores leading teams of up to 100 colleagues and accountable for sales of up to £20m per year

Regional B2B sales manager accountable for performance of 24 stores over Scotland, Northern Ireland and North East of England.  Delivered 30%+ growth as the credit crunch set in despite negative growth across the rest of the chain

Local B2B management where I built a team at the centre of the business community helping start-ups and SME businesses grow and connect with each other
