At present, I am an Integration Director at HSBC Life, Singapore, where I led the integration of HSBC and AXA businesses following the acquisition in February 2022. With my team, I designed and executed the technology roadmap to achieve business case outcomes, leading the operations and technology overhaul to obtain market-leading customer experience through end-to-end digital journeys. Alongside my current role, have been a member of the HSBC International Management Programme, a flagship talent Programme that offers a challenging and diverse career path in different roles and locations, since 2011.
