There are two sides to "business Sims" as my wife calls me when I'm sales mode:

1) SVP of Sales for an actuarial consulting and software firm that helps brokers, consultants, and advisors better serve their clients.

2) Founder/Principal for a consulting firm that specializes in GTM Advisory and Sales Coaching (Group or 1x1) for benefit advisors and point solutions.

Tiffany Ryder and I have been eeking out $10k - $20k a month doing outsourced social media. 

but, we weren’t having as much fun as we thought we would. 

then it occurred to us that we’d both changed our own lives and careers by being bold enough to write on the internet.

learning to write better is what freed me from the Sunday scaries forever. 

a year ago, i was building something for someone else. and even though I had a great team, Sundays were still filled with dread.

this week I get to launch a brand new business with Tiffany Ryder that is going to change our lives.

none of it would’ve ever happened if I hadn’t committed to becoming a better writer.

writing on LinkedIn took me from grain elevator superintendent ($35k/yr) to small business owner ($250k+/yr). 

now, Tiffany Ryder and i are teaching healthcare executives, clinicians, and benefit advisors to do the same.
