Working as a EA to CEO & President calls for many responsibilities.  Since ours is a University, it gives ample opportunities for enhancing my knowledge and skills.  My major role is to facilitate smooth functioning of CEO's Office.   During the tenure of around four years duration with this University, I am involved in the Admission Cycle of the University and had been actively participating in the Student Selection processes which includes Verification of documents, sending offer letters etc.

I carry with me 23+ years of rich experience in secretarial profession especially assisting Top management. I am a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Executive Secretarial Practice and Business Correspondence from Y.W.C.A Delhi. Also I have a bachelor’s degree in English Honours from Delhi University

Working as a EA to Managing Director calls for many responsibilities.  Since ours is a real Estate/Constrution company there are generation of lot of reports from Site office and also in office Reports of inter-departments.   My major role is to bridge the gap between Site and HO and it requires vigorous follow ups.  From the begining of the Project to the Completion there are lot of deadlines set and each and every target dates are to be monitored.

In addition to the above all secretarial functioning I am performing.  To name a few:
1) Self correspondence
2) Typing/Shorthand (40 wpm and 100 wpm)
3) Filing
4) Keeping the records of confidential files and matters
5) Dealing with customers and routing them for the right solutions from different departments
6) Dealing with Vendors related to purchase of items
7) Technical comparison for Gadgets, other accessories
8) Attending Phone calls and trasferring to MD
9) Reservations and bookings
10) Lot of Google search activities I am performing since my Boss is a gadget and modern technology  freek
11) Attending Review Meetings of Projects and Interdepartments and recording Minutes
12) Ordering items thru Snapdeal/Flipkart/Amazon etc
