At Microsoft, I specialise in forging strategic alliances that empower healthcare and public sector scaleups across Asia, enhancing their commercial performance through Azure Marketplace. A Value Creator (VC), I focus on identifying and nurturing key relationships to deliver cutting-edge software solutions through our partners. 

In my role as Co-Chair of Code; Without Barriers in ANZ, I lead initiatives aimed at closing the gender gap in technology. These efforts foster inclusivity and skill development for women in tech, driving meaningful change in the industry.

My core competencies include sales leadership, partnership agreement negotiations, and new business development. These skills have been honed through my work partnering with software development companies in the healthcare, government and education sectors, where I have made significant contributions to advancing technology adoption and promoting diversity. My mission is to strategically align business objectives with innovative solutions while championing diversity and empowering underrepresented groups in the tech industry.

I am passionate about building strategic partnerships, delivering mutual business outcomes, and staying ahead of technology trends. Leveraging my digital health sector knowledge, I create and execute effective partnership strategies and programs. Additionally, I enjoy sharing my insights and expertise as a speaker, MC, and advocate for inclusion and diversity. I have been recognised as a finalist the Women in ICT Awards for my contributions to DE&I in the industry, which is a testament to my commitment to driving positive change. Currently, I am pursuing my MBA at the Australian Institute of Management to further enhance my professional development and growth.
