Hi! I'm Sinem. I love learning and improving myself. With a background in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Dokuz Eylül University, I have learned the legal concepts of the business world. However, my passion for growth led me to explore elective courses in sociology and psychology, which provided me with a broader understanding of human behaviour and social dynamics. Throughout my academic journey, I actively engaged in numerous group projects, improving my presentation skills, teamwork abilities, and effective planning techniques. These experiences have enhanced my capacity to collaborate effectively and thrive in diverse team environments. Recognizing my growing interest in the field of human resources, I made a concious decision to pursue further studies in Human Resources Management at Anadolu University. This program offered me to expand my knowledge in the HR field, practical applications of document management, corporate social responsibility, and office practices. With the contribution of my academic background, I first started at Open English as a Junior and as a headhunter, I was the main sourcer for B2C, B2B and, when necessary, Global positions. My strong communication skills and growth-mindst enabled me to participate in interviews in a short time and improve myself during the recruitment process. Now,I take part in the entire recruitment process to increase candidate experience, and after the candidates start working, I also take part in improving the recruitment process such as improving employee turnover rates.
