Maintained standard operating procedures with regard to all processing and reporting being reviewed and signed off on before being sent to shared service teams and clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Encouraged staff to escalate any issues to management and escalated any remaining unresolved issues to upper management when necessary. 

- Shared tasks among management team that rotate on regular basis and include onboarding new funds, assigning work out to staff, ensuring all work is signed off on, and being the point person for all incoming inquiries via email, phone, etc.
