My responsibilities included building and implementing strategy metrics like OKR's with leadership, cross-functional growth projects, and responsible for ISM structure based on ISO27001.

Between Sept'20-July'21, I acted as an interim Marketing Lead, answering directly to the CEO. We were able to build the foundation for scaling the marketing in general and find strong indicators for inbound. We opened inbound channels and grew inbound leads by 43% between October’20 and May’21. Same time we clarified the main channel for inbound. During this time Flowhaven closed & published their A-round with Sapphire Sports. As a interim Marketing Lead, I managed all PR related actions with stakeholders, vendors and partners.

Between Apr'20-Aug'20, I led a total of 12 growth hacking interns who were testing, researching, and documenting the foundation for marketing strategy.

Other Growth projects included directly coordinating the UI&UX project, participated in building the purchase-to-pay process, facilitating strategy-related workshops, managing vendor relationships, and our customer communication kickoff project.

Team lead responsibilities: leading and organizing the information & ops. related teams, arranging the mentor operations, and handling questions&worries of our attendees. Answering and reporting directly to Head of Kickoffs

As an associate in the financial sector, my responsibilities included analyzing and designing technology solutions and coordinating the migration project with the team located in India. 

A notable success was the designed framework and execution plan for the migration project with the team. We successfully delivered the project in a shorter time than calculated and with better quality as was expected.

These projects needed in-depth tech experience, an understanding of software development processes and practices, and good people skills.

As a delivery supervisor for B2B solutions, I participated in the corporate customer communication solutions process and internal business development projects. The role required a good knowledge of B2B telecom product portfolio, stakeholders, and business operating methods.

During my time we established the first stage for testing lean processes on delivery successfully.

YIT - Urban developer and construction company

I joined YIT first-time in 2016 and again in January 2017.

My role included coordinating the administrative and operative side of YIT's Mobile Services, and I participated in cross-department projects like bringing&implementing mobile device benefit to YIT Finland.

I was in charge of company-level instructions, maintaining vendor partnerships, and all related mobile device management.

Most thanks came from diverse and detailed communications for the mobile device benefit project. Managers gave feedback that their role was well supported, and instructions were provided in all needed languages.

My first touch to entrepreneurship was in 2018, and after that, I started dreaming of building my own but felt I lacked some key learnings. During these years, building systems and finding focus through sustainable goal-setting and achievable targets has been part of every role in different ways. Fast-tracking to the 2023 summer and one phone call made me think, "It's time, let's build something awesome." And that's how my interest for focus and accountability got start. Finding the way that works for you and your time is not magic. It takes radical honesty and a rebelliously scary amount of prioritising. However, you can learn and build systems to help you to achieve YOUR goals🏆
