1 Receiving all shipment notifications from Branch offices & transportation requests for incoming

2 Checking the order scope for shipments from Europe/India before organizing delivery to Customers

3 Issuing shipment notifications of outgoing equipment and products and verifying that all included information is completed and correct.

4 Contacting the potential partners, comparing the offers (cost and lead time) depending on the destination and based on the packing list, and submitting them to Operations Manager for final selection;

5 Making the transportation request, organizing the shipment and preparing all shipping documents, following the shipments and sending a claim in case of problem, and preparing invoices to the Accounting department.

6 Handling and ensuring proper packaging and shipping of Dangerous / Hazardous (DG) goods as per IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.

7 Making requests for customs documents and handling all customs formalities, such as keeping track of the shipments and orders, expediting and escalating any issues which may impact the delivery.
