As a seasoned Marketing Manager and Project Manager, I've helped some of the world's largest companies generate traffic through compelling content and smart marketing strategies. I manage projects as an independent content creator and consultant. For almost 10 years, I've worked with numerous clients (including Fortune 500s and SMEs) to create content, optimize their marketing and social media strategies, and improve the efficiency of their internal operations and processes. As a former educator and MBA director, I learned what it takes to be organized, lead teams, and keep people accountable. And as a former LinkedIn agency owner, I developed skills in the areas of: recruitment, budgeting, creating SOPs and processes (and automating them), sales, customer service, and how to scale a business completely online. I was in the digital marketing and education industries in various roles for over 7 years, which taught me a lot about managing people, expectations, customer service (parents can be the most rewarding and most challenging customers), time management, persuasion, and discipline. I've been a full-time remote worker since 2020 and learned to create processes that would help me to stay on task and hold myself accountable to deliver on my promises. My number one core value is integrity, which I believe many people lack these days. Do what you say you're going to do, period. So, I like to work with people who also have this value. Whether I work in a team or independently, my first goal is to add value, which is a philosophy that's gotten me lecturing opportunities at prestigious universities, keynote speaker events in Asia, Fortune 500 clients, and even a personal meeting with the CEO of LinkedIn China.
