•	Project appointed Temporary Works Co-ordinator responsible for the management of all temporary works associated with the construction of 100 Bishopsgate including tower crane climbs, tower crane relocation and top down construction.
•	Project Appointed Person for Lifting Operations, ensuring all lifting operations were adequately planned and undertaken in accordance with safe working practise.
•	Reviewing and approving site documentation including QITP’s, Method Statements, Lift Plans, Temporary Works Designs etc.

•	Extensive technical knowledge and experience in the construction of piled foundations, top down and bottom up RC structures
•	Appointed Temporary Works Co-ordinator responsible for the management of all temporary works for Broadgate Ticket Hall including complex schemes such as the installation of propping for ticket hall construction, installation of structural steelwork temporary access deck, installation of rolling scaffold tent for exhumation works and installation of formwork to construct an escalator decline with a 20 degree gradient.
•	Project Appointed Person for Lifting Operations to ensure all lifting operations were adequately planned and undertaken in accordance with safe working practise

•	Construction of a 4000m2 of bus stabling facility adjacent to the railway
•	Realignment of a 300m retaining wall by constructing 241 No.  1050mm piles to the rear of an existing retaining wall, construction of the pile cap, subsequently removing the existing/ fill between and the installation of new drainage to the front of the wall to connect into the track drainage
•	Production of Construction Phase Plan, Work Package Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, Quality Plans, Health & Safety File and all handover documentation.

Sub Agent

•	New 40m composite footbridge consisting of twin weathering steel girders and RC deck over the River Lea.  90T bridge deck lifted into place using 1000T mobile crane.
•	New 50m through girder footbridge consisting of twin 90T steel girders and steel deck over the Network Rail High Meads Loop.  200T Bridge deck installed using 800T & 700T mobile cranes in tandem lift.
•	Modification of existing road bridges from a single to dual carriageway
•	New 90m central bow string arch bridge with a composite weathering steel / RC deck over the Network Rail High Meads Loop and High Speed 1 (formally CTRL) 200T arch lifted into position in 3 sections using 800T mobile crane.
•	Construction of deep drainage

AMEC

•	Construction of all ancillary buildings to the new Woolwich DLR Station
•	Demolition of existing Network Rail Woolwich Arsenal Station buildings
•	Construction of new toilet blocks and waiting rooms to existing Woolwich Arsenal Network Rail Station
•	Construction of new DLR/Network Rail interlink building with lift shaft
•	Construction and installation of new interlink footbridge over Network Rail during abnormal possession using 200T mobile crane
•	Removal of existing Network Rail station canopy and installation of new canopy.
•	Construction of new Woolwich DLR Station building including new platform construction, CCTV, CIS & PA installation, signage installation and all internal finishes.

Site Manager

•	Heavy civils works, piling, diaphragm walls, top down and bottom up construction.
•	Installation of King Post temporary screen to full length of platform at Woolwich Arsenal Station during abnormal possession.  Platform closure for 3 months to install contiguous piled wall and roof slab for top down construction.  Works carried out whilst station was still fully operational. Reinstatement of platform and handback to Network Rail without delay.
