Focus: “making employees uniquely productive”, took many products/features from 0 to 1, including external launces. 

Opened new revenue streams and incepted and delivered brand new Google Products and features by validating those internally through Google’s 200K employee-base and then effectively partnering with the external organizations to externalize. Some examples:
- Meet (Android) “present from phone”: Increased 800 weekly-sessions -> 11.5M externally.
- Meet Emoji Reactions: validated need and design enabling external launch.
- Calendar Room Management Solutions: opened enterprise SKU - new revenue stream.
- Jamboard: solution validation and 1000 boards deployment.

Increased co-workers collaboration +20%, >80% CSAT by spearheading the holistic design and development of Google’s software products for hybrid collaboration (19+ products), mobile and web. 
- Built and led a 130 person multi-disciplinary org (with xfn peers), in NY, Munich, Sunnyvale and remote.

Decreased Time-To-Launch by 66% (from 18 mo to <6 mo) by reshaping the product ideation and development process and driving changes in the approval process.

- Sponsored, championed and brought in Dual-Track Agile (Marty Cagan) and Evidence Based approach (Itamar Gilad’s GIST) and spearheaded one of the few successful Scrum implementations at Google.

I manage multiple development teams (local and remote) that create, maintain and enhance a set of education assessment products for PreK-5. These products are part of the mCLASS product family and include: DIBELS, Reading 3D, Circle and more. 

We use Agile/Scrum methodology, which keeps us focused and allows us to deliver great value to our customers. 
I collaborate with the design team, project managers, product managers and other product lines to ensure we deliver great products that meet our customers' needs and are fun to use.

In order to deliver these solutions, I work closely with my tech leads and engineers to ensure good and timely implementation, provide continuous Scrum coaching, empowering, remove impediments, drive forward tech initiatives, improve our internal processes and help individuals push themselves to the next level. 

Most importantly, we do all this while having fun :)

I work with an amazing team of engineers/architects/managers in an Agile/Scrum env to build a project which will bring cohesion to the fragmented educational information market as well as create an application platform for independent software vendors to develop and easily deploy educational management, assessment and curriculum apps to millions of PreK-12th grade teachers and their students, shortening their time to market and leveraging their ingenuity directly back into the classroom, where it can make a difference.

Wireless Generation builds large-scale data systems that centralize student data and give educators and parents unprecedented visibility into learning. Currently serves more than 200,000 educators and 3 million students and on its way to serve the whole US education system.
Wireless Generation also creates innovative tools, systems, and services that help educators teach smarter. With its mobile assessment software, the company invented a better way to give classroom assessments and make data-based instructional decisions. Wireless Generation has broken new ground with technology that analyzes student data and provides curriculum customized to individual learning needs.
