I have a long track record of very successfully managing departments and teams as a business unit manager. In my career, I have contributed significantly to the sustainable scaling of business areas, managed key customers, held P&L responsibility and successfully acquired new customers. My scope of work included various industries such as automotive, procurement, banking and IT (cloud). Over time, I have continuously improved my skills in leadership, project management, change management, process optimisation and key account management. Currently, I am the Global Head of PMO at a leading cloud company. In this position, I lead strategic initiatives, structure processes and practices and manage an international team of project managers. In addition I am a business mediator with a particular focus on navigating disputing parties quickly through complex challenges and finding effective solutions.
