As CEO and Co-Founder of SJ Innovation LLC, my role is multifaceted and dynamic. I actively manage business development, seeking new opportunities and partnerships with both Fortune 500 companies and promising start-ups.

I provide strategic leadership in our pursuit of AI technologies and solutions, with a special emphasis on ChatGPT. I am enthusiastic about fostering innovation within our team and continuously exploring potential applications of these technologies to benefit our clients.

I oversee our marketing team, devising and implementing strategies that effectively promote our company and its wide-ranging services. Part of this strategy involves advocating for the benefits of emerging technologies like OpenAI to our team members, clients, and my broader professional network.

In addition to this, I am committed to supporting the small business community. I understand the challenges they face with digital transformation, and I am dedicated to providing resources and guidance to help them navigate CRM implementation and digitalization.

As part of my role, I also cultivate and maintain our company culture and leadership. This includes mentoring members of our leadership team and ensuring our company remains competitive in a fast-evolving tech landscape.

I actively engage with the broader business community, sharing insights and learnings through webinars, podcasts, and speaking engagements. I firmly believe in continuous learning and upskilling to meet the ever-evolving demands of our clients and the industry.

Lastly, I manage the day-to-day operations and decision-making for the company. This includes overseeing our talented employees located in New York, Goa, Dhaka, and Sylhet.

Prothom Ventures is focussed on empowering early start-ups in Bangladesh through financial, technical and mentoring support. Reality?
I worked till 5. Rush home. Change clothes fast.
Two hour client talk. Now tired, exhausted.

From year twenty to year twenty one it don’t change much.
Day one chasing client. Year twenty one still chasing. Just more pressure.

I smile in camera. But truth I just want to go home sleep.

People see nice video.
They don’t see late night meetings.
They don’t see energy gone but still show up.
They don’t see how pain never stop, only move around.

Not a party. Just grind.

So yeah I post the video.
But behind every video there is reality.

Two days at the AMI workshop gave me a reset.
Sometimes you need to step out of daily grind to see clearer.

Grateful to Drew McLellan  McLellan for leading with honesty, and to all the agency leaders in the room who made the talks sharp and real.

A few notes I’m carrying home:
→ Clients are not buying “our services.” They are buying job security, fresh view, and new ideas.
→ The top reason clients don’t give us more work: we don’t ask, we don’t bring them fresh ideas.
→ Clients want to feel their agency thinks of them all the time, not only during meetings.

AI doesn’t close deals in mortgage banking. Trust does.

When I met with leaders at Quontic Bank and FlexPoint, the first question wasn’t about ai implementation 

It was blunt:
“If a regulator asks how this AI agent made a decision… can we explain it?”

That’s the real test.
In USA mortgage banking, compliance isn’t optional , it’s survival.

Yes, these agents can:
→ Speed up customer responses
→ Cut manual risk checks
→ Automate parts of the mortgage process

But what actually builds partnerships isn’t the feature list.
It’s knowing the AI is explainable, auditable, and regulator-ready from day one.

That’s why the real innovation in banking AI isn’t just what agents can do !! 
It’s how safely they do it.

Ai in mortgage banking 

When someone loves their job, you can feel it.

Last week in Pocono (Jim Horton Trolley Ride), we had a driver who made seventy minutes feel like ten.

He wasn’t just driving.
He was telling stories.
Laughing.
Making everyone feel part of the ride.

You could tell he truly loved what he did.

And it got me thinking.
When you love your job, it’s not about doing the work.
It’s about feeling alive while doing it.

→ Time moves different
→ People feel your energy
→ And the work becomes part of you

If that spark feels gone lately, maybe it’s not the job that changed.
Maybe you just need to find what made you love it in the first place.
