I am a supply chain specialist with 10 years of experience in building optimal supply chain systems. My past tenures range from startups/scale-ups in the in tech manufacturing, electronics, lighting, packaging and food industry. I have been fortunate to have worked with international teams where I started in the UK and then transitioned to NZ. I have primarily led teams across inventory management, purchasing, warehousing and logistics. More recently, I have been optimizing inventory via Kanban System along with managing the demand planning and forecasting for key product lines. I have played an instrumental in implementing the roll out of a new ERP system. In a matter of 18months I have been able to keep all components on schedule for manufacturing during Covid, build new relationship and negotiate contracts with overseas suppliers, implement an inventory management tool for production to operate smoothly. I am passionate about working with high performing teams and getting hands on with the day to day operations so business can run smoothly and the team can operate effectively.
