As an RPA Developer and Process Streamlining Analyst at Handelsbanken UK for over six years, I have been managing Agile projects using Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks within a team of problem solvers and RPA developers. I am passionate about delivering process improvement solutions for around 200 UK branches and across internal functions, adhering to compliance requirements, aligning with business objectives, mitigating risk, and increasing customer satisfaction. I have a Master's degree in Information Systems Management with Distinction and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Finance, awarded the Prize of Best Student of the Year for two years in a row. I am also Lean Accredited by Cardiff University and Certified in Kofax RPA and Agile Product Owner Role. I have developed various RPA solutions using Kofax and UiPath, as well as data analysis tools using Excel, SQL, and JavaScript. I have also facilitated workshops, conducted process observations and mapping, and performed root cause problem solving using Lean Six Sigma techniques. Additionally, I have coached, trained, and upskilled colleagues within and outside my team, equipping them with knowledge of Agile, Lean methodology, and technical IT skills.
