I led strategic mandates for companies across the Healthcare, Logistics, and Banking categories. We designed Iconic Moves for them in brand positioning, brand architecture, employee culture, and brand experience. 

I was part of the core team that led the rebranding of Truecaller, the world’s leading caller ID and spam-blocking service. We crafted an enduring brand narrative, redesigned the identity system, and drove internal culture integration.

I led strategic thinking across the Bombay, Delhi and Bangalore offices. I represented the India team in the global TBWA\ network to drive key organisational charters. 

I integrated disciplines - data, design, culture, and digital strategy, to drive upstream impact on business and downstream impact on all brand experiences.

I evangelised the DisruptionX philosophy by leading internal knowledge sessions for all India offices. I crafted sessions to reframe the role of consumer insights, brand experiences and creative strategy. 

I designed and conducted a company-wide innovation workshop to identify business opportunities for a major paint player in India. We identified ideas around product offering, service design and organisational culture.

Sideways Consulting

As Day 1 employee, I built the entire strategy team at Sideways and led a crack team of 9 multidisciplinary Strategists. 

I crafted unique ways for Sideways to solve client problems by taking inspiration from various fields - Design Thinking, Behaviour Architecture, and Communications Planning. I designed ideation frameworks to drive strategic thinking in the company. 

For over 70 diverse projects, I led the strategy across large clients, such as Google, Flipkart, Pidilite, Kia Motors, Big Bazaar, Disney India, Borosil, Cure.fit, Urban Company, and P&G. 

I have impacted successful outcomes for clients across Brand Positioning, Consumer Strategy, Advertising, Service Design, Product Design, and Business Opportunity Consulting.

I was deputed to Jio to define and manage brand guidelines across eight business verticals - services, devices, retail, employee culture, and online marketing, among others. 

I built and reviewed guiding principles for various functions – Customer Care, Retail Experience, and Employee Culture. 

I operationalised the UI/UX design language for Cloud Platform and Media Services; I set up processes and defined guidelines.

GM, Brand Strategy - Chairman's Office

Reliance Industries Limited

Hired for a Brand Strategy role in the Chairman’s Office, I worked on a diverse set of business challenge. I honed my strategic skills by working on diverse projects across the RIL group.

From dimensioning the marketing org of the future, to recommending positioning for the Petro retail business, to outlining monetisation of digital services, I built strategic thought at RIL. 

I was a core part of the launch team to drive integrated brand planning for the business.

Loyakk Inc.

LoYakk, Inc, is a Silicon Valley digital startup. Its initial business model was around enabling social conversations in real, physical venues. 

I designed an influence framework to seed and amplify social conversations on LoYakk in Mumbai. With a guerrilla influencer outreach and a focused PR approach, we reached close to 10,000 active conversations in less than one week.

Using Behaviour Architecture™ – a combination of Behavioural Economics and Cognitive Neuroscience, I designed interventions for desired behaviour. 

We tackled the biggest social problem in Mumbai – deaths due to trespassing on railway tracks. Our behavioural interventions reduced trespassing deaths by over 60% in a high-casualty zone at Wadala. 

Other behavioural projects I worked on include...

– understand and explain online shopping behaviour to increase userbase for an online marketplace

– tackling organizational stress to increase productivity and create happy experiences in the workplace

– redesign of cafe experiences to bring back lapsed users and attract a new set of customers.

Naked Communications, New York

Naked believes – Everything You Do, Communicates. Leading with this thought, I planned channel-neutral strategies that focused on behaviour, not just communication. 

I have worked on major projects for Nokia - launch of the NSeries product line, initial planning for the WiMAX launch, and design of a phone/battery disposal Program.

Other projects I worked on were for Coca-Cola – design of global recycling initiatives, and J&J – launch of a new epilepsy drug.
