Connected global training into a centralized learning platform and branded the learning across all locations. Built out a complete skill-based learning curriculum that encompassed all learning types and delivery methods including WBT/CBT, virtual classroom, classroom, multimedia and a centralized knowledge repository. Overall centers decreased AHT 20%, FCR raised 15.5% and perhaps most importantly CSAT improved to 90% with customers/pros spending 35% more while being repeat customers at 11.5%.

➢	Graduated over 250 new hires at above COPC industry standard CSAT scores, above floor average.

During rapid growth, unified a team of contractors, in house motion and graphic artists, script writers and video producers to streamline sales explainer/demo video creation to industry leading turnaround times.

Created, implemented and branded the Learning Management System (LMS) Vivint Academy and the knowledge base (KB) Knowledge In Motion (KIM). Built 250+ training modules (sales, soft skills, product, software).  Created and maintained over 1500 knowledge articles aligning sales/tech/support teams, while consolidating multiple platforms into a single sign-on SaaS integrated with the HRIS.
➢	$1.75M increase in sales and $4.4M cost savings through improved processes in one-call resolutions.
➢	Decreased employee attrition from 64% to 16% with 2,000 new hires dropping CPT by $107.25
