My main remit whilst at Saga was to oversee all of the creative for both the insurance and financial products. These included Health Insurance, Car Insurance, Travel Insurance, Home insurance, Legal Services, Saga Credit Card, Saga Equity Release and many more. I introduced product positioning statements, assisted with strategy, ran creative brief writing workshops to improve the quality of briefs as well as creative direction and concept design. The team consisted of three designers and three copywriters.

The focus was on the customer benefit and bringing that to the forefront.
