Hey, my name is Slava. I have 14 years of experience in IT, which includes 5 years with Web3 startups. I have helped interview and hire more than 70+ candidates. Led and managed cross-functional teams of different sizes (from 3 to 20). Almost my whole career I've been working remotely. It means that I have good time management and agility. I've started my career as a software engineer. I have a strong knowledge of the Django framework and fastapi for microservices. This experience helps me to make hotfixes on other languages, like JavaScript, Go, and Rust. And review the business logic of different developers. I managed different DevOps teams, which helped me to dive deep into AWS services. It brings me experience with Pulumi and some small experience with Terraform. During my work in the Web3 space, I gained knowledge in Solidity (HardHat, and after Foundry). As a Technical Project Manager, I can say that I was the second person after a CTO. My responsibilities included working with stakeholders, requirements, risks, team workflow and growing them up, and delivery. So, I managed all corners of projects, from ideas to delivery to the customer using SDLC, ITIL framework, Kanban, Agile, etc.
