I'm Scott Pollack, co-founder & CEO of Firneo, a learning community for the next generation of Partnerships, BD, and Ecosystem leaders. 

I spent most of my 20+ year career in partenrships feeling like a "professional ugly duckling" -- I was surrounded marketers, salespeople, product managers, and lawyers, but not many people whose career path looked like mine.

- Own the roadmap and performance of our core community platforms.
- Design intuitive structures that help members find the right conversations, people, and knowledge. 
- Build scalable systems that reduce noise and increase high-value connections.

You might be a fit if you: 

- Have 5–8 years in product management, especially with community or social products. 
- Love Slack-based communities and understand how people connect online. - Are data-fluent but also skilled at qualitative research. 
- Thrive in ambiguity and love turning messy ecosystems into structured, scalable systems.
