In this role, I raised my hand to champion as the sales trainer (a first of its kind). I created the framework and infrastructure for the sales training curriculum - Vitality University. 

Some highlights include:
Training: Educated, coached, and facilitated product knowledge, sales strategies, value selling, and overall sales effectiveness of new and existing remote sales teams. Focused on developing strong sales directors to shorten the sales cycle and increase the revenue pipeline. 
Data and Systems: Created and standardized a training metrics system in order to create consistency of learning within the organization using SalesForce.com, Allego, and other applications of knowledge.

Sales Training and Communications Specialist

Created and implemented best practices in terms of structure, processes, templates, and databases as one of the first members of the sales operations team. Worked in conjunction with subject matter experts and executive leadership for strategic responses to persuasive responses in the sales process including RFIs, RFPs, questionnaires, and other sales collateral. Sales is part of my DNA. Some background, my dad spanned a career in sales for 35+ years and always tried to influence me to pursue something similar. Though, I had a mind of my own and took a brief detour to pursue broadcast journalism. I quickly realized that field just wasn’t for me. However, it helped shape my ability to think quickly on my feet, speak in a confident and articulate manner, and learn how to present “on camera” in pre-Zoom days. 

For the last 18 years, I've built my career on one simple principle - work smarter, not harder. My track record of success demonstrates my ability to lead, instruct, train, and motivate others. 

I consider myself a “collaborator” (and so do the assessments like Kolbe and Predictive Index) across the business, eager to lead and connect people to align on objectives and identify best practices to accelerate sales velocity. 
 
Who am I outside of the 9-5 grind? 

I’m an ambivert, I enjoy staying active playing golf, tennis, and paddle, traveling, and being Mom to two girls!
