Throughout my career, I have gained the main part of my programming expertise in script languages (PHP, JavaScript, Bash, Perl), markup languages (HTML4/5, CSS2/3, XML), SQL and PL/SQL, and everywhere I have applied the design principles in order to develop robust and scalable solutions. My passion lies in finding innovative solutions and integrating them into existing or new products. I am driven by curiosity and a desire to continually expand my knowledge and capabilities. At SICOM, I started as a single developer, then I happened to build a team of 50 devs and support folks. It was the greatest of my challenges so far and am proud that I was able to found an awesome workplace for many of the team members. When SICOM had turned to Xenial, my responsibilities remained mostly managerial, but I kept my passion towards programming, and automated many business processes that I responded for. At Cybertec, aside from MVC LAPP web development, I deep dove into the specifics of what PostgreSQL can offer compared to other RDBMS, including its versatile PL/PgSQL. My SQL knowledge is above average. I also got familiar here how a high load distributed, clustered database architecture can work efficiently. I'm very thankful to Hans for being a good mentor. At Carussel, I got the opportunity to develop the car configurator engine that was running the public carconfig in about 10 of the eastern countries in the EU. It was uplifting to learn from great colleagues.
